How do I cancel or change an order?
Contact us by email as soon as possible with your order details. Orders that are already in preparation may not be changeable.
I signed up but can't sign in.
Make sure you're using the same email address you signed up with. If you've forgotten your password, contact us and we'll help you regain access.
How do reward stars work?
You earn stars automatically with every order. Check the Rewards tab in the app to see your balance and what you can redeem.
