Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Chai Corner Cafe account and all associated data at any time.

Option 1: Delete in the app

Open the Chai Corner Cafe app and sign in.
Go to the Account tab.
Tap Delete Account and enter your password to confirm.

This immediately and permanently deletes your account record, including your name, email, phone number, and rewards balance.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can't sign in to the app, email info@chaicornercafe.com from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm your identity and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your name, email address, and phone number
Your rewards balance and redemption history

What we may retain

Order records and payment transaction history may be retained for a limited period after account deletion where required for accounting, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes. Payment card details are never stored by us — they are held by our payment processor, Stripe, under its own retention policy.
